A leading training services company is seeking a Senior Field Training Specialist to provide safety, regulatory, and job improvement skills training for process and pipeline personnel. Responsibilities include developing training programs, maintaining training schedules, and conducting analyses of training needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, strong classroom management skills, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

Must be able to travel domestically up to 50%.
