The most powerful support you can offer a student who reaches 99% is to hold them accountable for the final point. At Alpha, this principle isn’t up for discussion—it shapes every interaction. Students progress through academic content via self‑paced digital platforms rather than traditional instructor‑led lessons. This model allows you to concentrate on what truly transforms outcomes: facilitating high-impact sessions on presentation skills, concentration, and constructive critique.

You’ll leverage live analytics to drive students toward complete goal attainment. You’ll develop the Guides on your team. Your resources include performance data, a tested operational framework, and the executive presence that commands attention from middle schoolers.

You’ll take ownership of a student cohort and deliver against three clear metrics: students are engaged and enthusiastic, they advance academically at double the rate of conventional schools, and they develop practical competencies. Guide coaching begins immediately. As you produce measurable outcomes consistently, your sphere of influence over program quality expands campus-wide.

Atlanta: A metropolitan hub offering cultural depth, temperate weather, and housing costs more favorable than coastal markets.

Fort Worth:
Zero state income tax, highly rated public schools, and a family-oriented community with thriving culinary and cultural offerings.

Uphold the standard. Transform the learner. Submit your application today.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitating structured one-hour sessions on essential life competencies (presentation skills, focus techniques, feedback exchange) for students in grades K‑8, adhering to Alpha’s established curriculum framework
  • Conducting targeted motivation interventions using Coachbot analytics alongside Alpha’s reward architecture (campus currency, performance rankings) to ensure every student reaches 100% goal attainment
  • Developing Guides through coaching focused on program adherence and standards consistency, ensuring each coaching interaction yields concrete next steps
  • Managing your assigned student cohort while simultaneously building capacity in other Guides
  • Monitoring student engagement metrics, goal achievement percentages, and Guide effectiveness indicators
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Delivering traditional lectures or providing academic tutoring. Students engage with content through digital applications.
  • Creating new curricula or instructional materials. Alpha’s playbook serves as your operational blueprint, allowing you to prioritize delivery and relationship-building.
  • Lowering the bar when a student achieves 99% rather than the full 100%. Maintaining standards demonstrates your confidence in their capability.
  • Training Guides on instructional methods. Since Guides don’t deliver academic instruction, your coaching emphasizes engagement, motivation systems, and accountability practices.
