GRANT-FUNDED TESTING SPECIALIST - ESL POOL
The Testing Specialist oversees all required testing for the Adult Education ESL grant. Responsibilities include proctor and administrator training, direct administration of weekly testing, contacting students to test, and testing follow-up including processing and interpreting scores.

Position:
Grant funded position. Continuation of this grant funded position is contingent upon the continued availability of grant funds. There is no right or expectancy of continued employment beyond the terms of the employment agreement.
- Administer and monitor CASAS and GED practice test exams, in line with required testing protocols.
- Compile and review student score reports, including uploading reports to individual student files, emailing scores, and reviewing reports to make course recommendations.
- Monitor students’ class time hours using TEAMS data reports and send out notice of required testing once students complete sufficient class time hours.
- Complete paper forms and tracking spreadsheets to ensure proper monitoring and recording of test takers.
Six (6) months related experience.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Proficient with Computers and Microsoft applications.
- Experience working with confidential data.
- Strong customer service skills.
- One (1) year working in higher education testing environment.
- Bilingual.
