The Position

The animator participates in the conception of the pedagogical project, ensures the activities, the supervision and contributes to the flourishing of the publics welcomed. Roles - Participate in the elaboration of the pedagogical project;

- Propose animation projects responding to the objectives of the pedagogical project;

- Animate actions in direction of the publics welcomed;

- Ensure the physical and moral security of the participants and contribute to the good functioning of the welcome and the well-being of the publics welcomed;

- Take charge of a group during the times of receptions;

- Participate to the good unfolding of the setting up of the market on its site. Functions Organization pedagogical of the activities:

  • Ensure the physical, affective and moral security of the publics welcomed;
  • Animate actions to destination of the publics welcomed on the times of the midday and/or of the evening and/or of the leisures Wednesdays, allowing to the public to enrich itself ;
  • Participate to the implementation of the pedagogical project of site in link with the educational project of the Ufvc and the engagements of the market, with its director of site and the rest of the team of animation ;
  • Take into account the needs, the desires and the rhythm of the publics welcomed ;
  • Participate to the programmings of the animations;
  • Participate, at the end of each period, to the pedagogical balance of the actions put in place;
  • Participate to the pointage of the presences of the children on site ;
  • Participate to the accompaniment of the children in the implementation and the organization of their lessons.

Actor in the implementation of the projects :

  • Participate to the elaboration of the projects of animations daily of the site ;
  • Be motor and/or bearer of projects of animation in the framework of project exceptional (for the projects of neighborhood, inter structure …) with its director ;
  • Command to its director of site, the material necessary to the good unfolding of its projects of animation ;
  • Take charge of a group and propose animations, alone or in team ;
  • Manage the times of daily life.

Links with the parents, the schools and the partners :

  • Welcome the families and the children :
    Be to the listening of the difficulties encountered by the children, of the ideas, of the proposals, of the evaluations made by the parents on the subject of the center, explain the functioning and the activities of the center (panneau d'affichage, flyer…)
  • Transmit to the parents the informations linked to the day.
  • Participate to the manifestations and events ;
  • Make remonter to its director of site the informations linked to the site (degradation, difficulties encountered with the children…).

For the reference animators :

  • Guarantee the reliability of the pointages in case of absences of the director
  • Transmit the informations between the times peri-school and school
  • Transmit the informations to the families quant to the unfolding of the day of the child in case of absence of the director

Profile Sought

FORMATION :

  • Stagiaire BAFA, BAFA, or equivalent

COMPETENCES AND QUALITIES

REQUIRED:

  • Sharp sense of the relational
  • Aptitudes to the work in team
  • Dynamism
  • Mastery of the informatics tools

EXPERIENCES :

  • Experience as animator in collective receptions of minors
