Salary:
Minimum $40.00 per hour

• Teach assigned millwright courses at various times and locations as institutional needs arise.
• Continuously improve instructional quality and employ diverse teaching methods to meet student learning outcomes.
• Develop and utilize instructional materials, including lesson plans, syllabi, and assessments.
• Maintain a professional and inclusive classroom environment.
• Track attendance, record grades in WebDMC, and submit required documentation to the Continuing Education Department.

• Certifications in a related field and/or high school diploma.
• Five (5) years of related work experience.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and effective communicator.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver course instruction based on approved syllabus or outline.
• Capability to use a variety of teaching styles to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Proficiency with instructional technologies, including computers, internet resources, and other media.

• Prior experience with CANVAS.
• Previous teaching or program management experience in a post-secondary setting.
• Experience developing lesson plans and curriculum for instruction.
• Knowledge of and commitment to teaching strategies that enhance student success.
