The most powerful message you can send a kid who scored 99% is that they haven't reached the finish line yet.

Not because perfection is the goal. Because telling someone you believe they're capable of more is a profound form of respect.

Traditional schools shield students from failure. Alpha equips them for success. We understand that confidence doesn't grow when standards are lowered. It emerges when students accomplish things they previously believed impossible. This principle informss everything we do.

Our structure is intentionally distinct. Students progress through academics independently via AI-driven learning platforms, which allows adults to dedicate their energy to what truly transforms lives: coaching character, cultivating resilience, nurturing leadership, and instilling the habits that produce remarkable results. We don't require adults to transmit information. We need leaders who understand how to unlock human potential.

This position is central to that vision. You'll train the Guides who engage directly with students, shaping them into outstanding coaches rather than traditional instructors. You'll facilitate life skills workshops that leave lasting impressions on students. You'll analyze performance metrics to pinpoint where students or Guides need support and coach them toward excellence. You'll also maintain your own student cohort, demonstrating the very standards you uphold for others.

The impact multiplies exponentially. Each Guide you develop influences dozens of students. Every enhancement you bring to campus culture reverberates across hundreds of young lives. Success isn't defined by meeting attendance or report volume. It's defined by whether students grow more confident, disciplined, resilient, and capable because of the culture you cultivated.

This role isn't designed for anyone seeking to maintain the existing education paradigm. It's built for someone who believes young people deserve more than compliance, seat time, and mediocre standards. If you're motivated by coaching individuals through substantial challenges, leveraging data for smarter decisions, and maintaining high expectations because you truly believe in others' capacity to meet them, this environment will suit you.

There is so much to cover for this exciting role, and space here is limited.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and coach Guides to execute Alpha's coaching model with reliability, enthusiasm, and rigorous standards.
  • Facilitate dynamic life skills workshops addressing communication, concentration, feedback, leadership, and resilience for students in grades K-8 using established playbooks.
  • Analyze student and Guide performance metrics to recognize coaching needs, eliminate obstacles, and produce measurable progress each week.
  • Conduct motivation sessions designed to help every student embrace ambitious objectives and consistently reach them.
  • Oversee your own student cohort while exemplifying the coaching quality and accountability you require from all Guides.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Instructing academic content. Students master core academics autonomously through AI-powered learning platforms.
  • Creating lesson plans or developing curriculum. Your focus is outstanding coaching, not producing instructional content.
  • Controlling classrooms via lectures, worksheets, or behavior management systems. Students direct their own learning, and you coach the practices that enable their success.
  • Reducing standards to sidestep challenging conversations. Rigorous expectations and authentic belief in each student's capabilities are inseparable.
  • Defining success by volume of activity rather than outcomes. Impact matters more than effort by itself.
