Del Mar College is seeking an HR Training Instructor for the Continuing Education division. This pool position teaches HR courses at various times and locations, developing materials and employing diverse methods to meet student outcomes.
Requirements include an Associate Degree, 5 years HR experience, and SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification. Preference for CANVAS experience and prior post-secondary teaching. This is a part-time, non-exempt role with $30 per hour pay and flexible scheduling.
