• Reviews job packet and includes proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose.
• Confirms that unit, PCE, and downhole tools are ready, complete, and correct for the job.
• Leads crew in providing Slick Line/Braided Line services.
• Applies technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations, and consults with a Manager as needed.
• Is accountable for onsite customer satisfaction.
• Performs onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance as needed.
• Properly maintains assigned equipment and ensures compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Interacts with third parties whose activities could negatively impact the job execution process to assure proper coordination.
• Trains assistants in areas of expertise, completes reviews and reports to Management.
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable health, safety, and environmental procedures and regulations.
• Documents all related activities at the well site.
• Participates in post-job review with his/her Manager.
• Recognizes possible sales opportunities for additional FESCO products and services, and communicates opportunities to appropriate personnel.
• Has the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. to a height of 60 inches on a frequent basis.
• Has the ability to work comfortably up to 15 feet off the ground.
• Take on other job assignments as directed.
• Works under the direction of the Wireline Manager.
• Assists in all aspects of slickline operations from preparing and loading equipment for a job, performing routine slickline operations in the field and post‑job clean‑up and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Must be able and willing to pass pre‑employment and random drug screenings and pass a DOT physical.
• Will need to work in extreme weather conditions in remote locations for long shifts.
• Will be trained to provide additional services such as crane operations, pressure test pumps, manlifts and forklifts.
• Bonuses are available with experience. FESCO reserves the right to adjust all bonus programs with industry trends.

• 2+ years of experience in slick line/braided line preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Class A or B CDL preferred.
• Clear background check.
• Supervise assistants and run job with safety in mind.
• Complete all safety paperwork before and after job.
