Terminal Operator

Plains All American Pipeline is seeking a Terminal Operator I to support safe, efficient operations at our energy terminal. In this role, you will monitor and control the receipt, storage, and shipment of crude oil and NGLs, operate pumps, valves, and meters, and perform product sampling and basic testing. You will follow strict safety and environmental procedures, complete inspections, log readings, and support routine maintenance.

The position works closely with control center and field teams to ensure reliability, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation in a 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor terminal equipment including pumps, valves, meters, and control systems
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and shipment of crude oil and NGLs per schedules and procedures
• Perform routine inspections, readings, and documentation for terminal systems and tanks
• Conduct basic product sampling and testing to verify product quality
• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements and company policies
• Assist with minor maintenance and troubleshooting of terminal equipment
• Communicate with control center, pipeline, and logistics teams to support reliable operations
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records for operational and compliance purposes
