As an Electrical Engineer Co‑op, you will work closely with the Manufacturing Technology team at the Corpus Christi site, gaining valuable experience through hands‑on projects in a chemical plant.
Location:
Corpus Christi, TX.
Hours:
Regular full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week. Preferred first term:
Spring
2026. Candidates must commit to at least six (6) months as a co‑op.
- Working with experienced engineering professionals on improvement and expansion projects.
- Assisting operations and maintenance with troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and problem solving.
- Participating in process safety management activities and reviews.
- Contributing to team meetings and conference calls.
- Enrollment at an accredited college or university as a Junior or above at the time of assignment.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Participation in relevant activities, organizations, and projects beyond the classroom.
- 3.2 GPA or above.
