Overview
We are currently hiring a Field Service Engineer. This individual can live anywhere within the Gulf (FL, AL, MS, LA, TX).
Job DescriptionProvide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and service execution both onsite and remotely. Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving control panels, PLCs, electrical systems, and pumps. Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service support. Support business growth by identifying new service and sales opportunities. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams. Serve as a trusted technical partner to customers across the region.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting both onsite and remotely.
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues in control panels, PLCs, and pumps.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new service and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
- Act as a technical partner to regional customers.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, electrical systems, and PLC programming.
- Background in Electrical, Automation, or Maritime Engineering highly desired.
- Hands‑on experience with PLCs, controls, and electrical installations.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical/mechanical systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Maritime industry experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of pump systems and repair is advantageous.
- 3-4 years of experience in automation, electrical, or maritime engineering.
- This role requires 75‑80% travel primarily within the US, with occasional travel to Canada and Denmark.
- When not at a customer site, work is conducted 100% remotely.
- Trips typically last between 2‑5 days and may be scheduled at short notice.

This is a Permanent position based out of Corpus Christi, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
