Field Engineer

The Field Engineer supports hydraulic fracturing treatments in the field, coordinating frac materials on location, consulting with customers on treatment design, troubleshooting fluid systems, acquiring fracture treatment data, and preparing post-job reports. The duties below reflect the primary responsibilities of this position; they are not exhaustive, and the Field Engineer may be asked to perform additional related tasks.

• Executing hydraulic fracturing treatments for reservoir stimulation
• Utilizing Frac Pro software to model, acquire, and analyze real-time data during treatments
• Maintaining accurate inventory of chemicals and proppant types
• Coordinating supply logistics required for job completion
• Conducting field quality assurance testing of frac fluid systems to ensure stability with fresh and produced water sources
• Preparing post-frac reports summarizing job execution and reservoir performance
• Communicating with field hands, customer representatives, and third-party associates

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of one year of experience as a field engineer in well stimulation (hydraulic fracturing) and pressure pumping services
• Strong understanding of hydraulic fracturing principles, oilfield calculations, and frac fluid chemistry
• Proficiency with Frac Pro, including the ability to run and troubleshoot the software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills required
• Working knowledge of pressure pumping equipment
• Valid driver s license required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
