If you are a hands-on technical professional who values precision and safety, this is your opportunity to step into a modern industrial laboratory environment. We are building a team dedicated to continuous improvement and product excellence, and we need someone who can own the critical front-end logistics of our physical metallurgy lab.

This role is not just about running tests; it is about keeping our operations moving, ensuring our engineers have exactly what they need, and building a strong foundation for your own technical career.

  • Coordinate with plant operators to safely and efficiently gather steel strip and fabricated metal samples directly from the manufacturing floor.
  • Prepare metallurgical specimens with exact precision by sectioning, mounting, and polishing samples for evaluation.
  • Conduct structured laboratory analyses and light optical microscopy to support claims investigations and routine quality checks.
  • Maintain our laboratory equipment and ensure all tools are calibrated to the highest standards.
  • Partner with our engineers and metallurgists to support new product development, continuous improvement projects, and production trials.
