The Construction Automation Specialist plays a crucial role in the Cheniere Corpus Christi Liquefaction (CCL) Project, assisting with the establishment and administration of Construction Automation applications on the job site. This position supports the successful execution of a major LNG export facility expansion, ensuring efficient processes and innovative solutions are implemented
Key Responsibilitie- s:
Collaborate with the Functional Automation Team to ensure processes and procedures are followed and new innovations are implemented per the approved roll-out schedu - le Establish data requirements to support construction work process
- esWork with Project Field Engineer to establish requirements for Construction Automation Syste
- ms Coordinate with design engineering, procurement, project controls, and other departments to establish automated data transfer between applicatio
- ns Configure BSAPs to meet project require men
- ts Understand reporting requirements for each application and configure reports accordingly, ensuring accuracy and functionali
- ty Review and troubleshoot data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and addressing anomali
- es Provide ongoing administration to each BS
- APProvide training and technical support to BSAP end users, including field engineering, supervision, administration, project controls, and other site personn
- el Interface with corporate BSAP administrators to change functionality or configuration of applications to meet project-specific require men
- ts Manage Construction Automation tools including TEAMWorks, WITS, PTR, Turnover system app, Preservation and Maintenance Module, Measuring and Test Equipment, Client's Productivity Services (BPS), AWP tools, Power BISSRS Reporting service, Model Builder, and Book Build
- ns:
Degree qualification in Engineering is desired but may be waived with equivalent industry experie - nce Knowledge of engineering and construction methods and processes acquired through specialized instruction or practical experie
- nce Extensive knowledge of TEAMWorks and associated applications is requi
- red Experience with other Client's Standard applications, including PTR, SETROUTE, BPS, and Info Works is desira
- bleGood understanding of Client's standard construction work processes and procedures is desira
- ble Advanced level capability with MS Excel and Access is requi
- red Experience with other database platforms is desira
- ble Excellent communication and problem-solving ski
