We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our amazing team!

• Providing excellent guest service
• Assisting guests with purchasing game cards
• Assisting guests with arcade games and attractions
• Ensuring the location is safe and clean for our guests
• Filling games with tickets and fixing minor arcade game problems
• Managing and balancing cash drawers
• Representing the company in addressing guest concerns
• Providing leadership to a team of co‑workers

• Has experience in guest service / customer service roles
• Has experience leading teams of staff members toward success
• Has the ability to train and coach staff members on tasks and guest service
• Has experience counting and balancing cash drawers and deposits
• Is energetic, outgoing, and upbeat; sets a positive example for the team
• Enjoys making a difference in the lives of our guests through outstanding guest service
• Is coachable and willing to learn; no arcade supervisory experience is required, training will be provided
• Enjoys being part of a team and has a teamwork attitude
• Is willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
