What You'll DoWelcome clients when they arrive

Determine the nature of the client's visit

Inform the Estimator of the client's arrival

Order Parts Write PO's and invoices

Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person

Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations

Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary

Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas

Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers What You'll Bring Communication skills – communicates effectively with others

Time management – managing one's own time and time of others

Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders

Basic computer and cost calculation skills

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
