Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Oversee the review and approval of invoices, requisitions, and related documents.
- Review and validate system-generated reports and reconciliations.
- Support cost allocation processes across programs and projects.
- Monitor operating expenditures and make projections.
- Assist in the development of annual operating plans and budget.
- Prepare and analyze business performance reports.
- Serve as a liaison with external service providers and internal business units.
- Maintain and organize key business records and documentation.
- Obtain approval of program expenditures
- Monitor program budgets and spending trends
- Review and prepare cash flow summaries and internal reports
- Assist the CEO with the development of annual objectives and program plans
- Review incoming and outgoing invoices for completeness and accuracy
- Review and distribute incoming company mail
- Monitor and manage all expenses to ensure the most effective use of assets
- Monitor grant/donor reporting and the appropriate release of temporarily restricted funds
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures
Associate’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field. Minimum five years of experience working in the accounting, business development, or finance area.
- Accounting and budget management experience.
- Experience reconciling and managing online processing systems
- Experience in implementing best practices, finding efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with regulations/policies/procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field. Three to five years of experience working in an accounting, business development, or finance position.
