The Account Manager is responsible for managing delinquent loan accounts to help maintain acceptable delinquency levels and minimize losses in accordance with Bank Loan Policy and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). This role works directly with customers to resolve delinquent accounts through effective communication, sound judgment, and professional collection practices.
The Account Manager must be able to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and exceptional telephone etiquette are essential. This position also collaborates closely with the Consumer Underwriting team and Loan Service Manager to review and resolve troubled loan accounts.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full‑time position. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional Saturday work as needed.
Travel RequirementsOccasional travel may be required for business purposes. Employees must maintain reliable transportation.
