The City of Corpus Christi seeks a Deputy Building Official to lead the Building Division, directing plan review, inspections and staff of about 30. You will provide executive oversight, interpret codes, and coordinate policy changes while serving as liaison to other divisions and external partners.
Requirements include a BA/BS, seven years in building safety, and a Certified Building Official within 12 months;
Texas architectural or engineering licensure is preferred.
