We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You will assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child’s functional independence and quality of life. Whether you are seeking part-time or full-time work, we offer a flexible schedule tailored to your availability and lifestyle.

• Part-time: under 24 visits per week
• Supervising opportunity

We work around your availability and build caseloads near you.

• Great back-office support

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in the patient6;s home environment.
• Educate families on strategies to support daily living and skill building.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams for integrated treatment planning.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Texas
• Pediatric experience preferred; strong new grads with pediatric interest are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
