Our client located in the Coastal Bend of Texas is expanding their reach into Houston, TX. They would like to find a high caliber Practice Manager in Houston, TX to support multi-location growth initiatives. This is a direct hire opportunity.

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive operational excellence and marketing strategy for a growing specialty healthcare organization. This senior-level role combines oversight of clinic operations, administrative leadership, and enterprise-level marketing to support multi-location growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize all operational functions, including clinic flow, patient experience, revenue cycle management, and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand recognition, patient growth, and organizational impact across multiple locations
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations and marketing with overall organizational objectives and growth strategy
  • Build, mentor, and manage high-performing administrative and clinical support teams
  • Analyze performance data and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
  • Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to maximize efficiency and ROI
  • Serve as a key contributor in multi-location expansion and business development initiatives
  • This role offers significant strategic influence and the opportunity to shape both the operational and marketing direction of the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Senior leadership experience in healthcare operations, ideally in a specialty or multi-location clinic
  • Proven success in developing and leading marketing strategies that drive growth and brand presence
  • Experience overseeing revenue cycle management, clinical operations, and administrative teams
  • Track record of managing budgets, cross-functional teams, and high-impact projects
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable operational and marketing plans
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and practice management software
  • Ability to manage multiple locations, priorities, and high-level projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
