Clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.;
Perform pre-cleaning and stocking, including supplies and linens, and participate in stand-up meetings.;
Complete assigned cleaning tasks and restock rooms per shift, following checklists and proper handover reports.;
Conduct additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, and deep cleaning as needed.;
Greet guests cheerfully and maintain professional appearance while cleaning, using guests' names when possible.
