This full-time role supports daily HR tasks, policy administration, employee communications, and onboarding/offboarding processes. You will assist in data analysis for HR programs and help prepare employee presentations.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in HR, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred, with travel and overtime as needed.
