PR- $50 on W2 (USC or GC holder only)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP Workforce Software Consultant to support a key client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workforce Software (WFS) integrated within SAP environments. This role requires someone who can lead workshops, configure the solution based on client requirements, and serve as a trusted advisor in a client-facing capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client-facing workshops to gather business requirements related to workforce management, time tracking, and scheduling.
  • Configure and implement Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, including Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and related modules.
  • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment between configuration and business objectives.
  • Provide expert input on integration with SAP HCM / Success Factors / Payroll systems.
  • Create functional design documents, configuration specifications, and testing scenarios.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Offer training and knowledge transfer to end-users and client teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Workforce Software (WFS) implementations, preferably in an SAP environment.
  • Strong experience configuring WFS modules such as Time & Attendance, Scheduling, or Absence Management.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and engage with client stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Experience with integrations between WFS and SAP HCM / SAP Success Factors / SAP Payroll systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables effectively.
