Our client is hiring a senior-level Contract Manager to lead contract negotiation, administration, and compliance for public-sector and enterprise IT engagements. This is a part-time, mostly remote role with occasional in-person meetings in Austin, TX.
What You’ll Do- Draft, negotiate & manage contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, teaming agreements, etc.)
- Oversee contract life cycles, insurance compliance & documentation
- Ensure contract compliance, resolve issues, and lead vendor coordination
- Collaborate with execs, project teams, and clients daily
- 10+ years’ experience in IT contract management
- Strong knowledge of Texas DIR and public-sector procurement
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, and MS Office
- Work remotely with a collaborative, mission-driven team
- Strategic role with executive-level visibility
