Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact between Information Management (IM) and assigned business units.
• Identify and document business and technical requirements.
• Recognize gaps in technical requirements and propose solutions.
• Recommend process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate on unresolved non-transactional or cross-team incidents.
• Create and submit high-level business plans through the Business Technology Vetting process.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships at all levels.
• Communicate project updates and requests to stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders and IM/HI teams to define opportunities and prioritize projects.
• Represent IM in promoting its services and capabilities.
