Role Overview

The position involves managing social media and digital content across platforms like Instagram and Tik Tok, ensuring consistent branding, scheduling, and publishing talent content aligned with brand voice.

It requires monitoring platform trends, engagement, and coordinating digital assets with clients and internal teams.

The role also encompasses digital marketing management, including CRM, website updates, email marketing, and reporting.

• Manage daily social media activities and content calendars.
• Maintain high-quality visual and written outputs.
• Coordinate digital assets and liaise with stakeholders.
• Ensure digital systems, CRM, and website are current and effective.
• Design, manage, and report on email campaigns.
• Support broader digital and administrative systems.

• At least 3-4 years in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of influencer, model, and social media landscape.
• Attention to detail with a keen design eye.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok, CRM, Word Press, and email marketing tools.
• Proficient in video editing with Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe, or similar.
• Excellent written communication and brand execution skills.
• Team-oriented, reliable, solutions-focused, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Passion for Fashion, Beauty, Entertainment, or Lifestyle industries.
