Summary:
We are seeking two experienced Business Systems Analysts to join our team remotely. Each role focuses on different aspects of online banking systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality for our clients.
- Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Document requirements, define scope, and objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions.
- Ensure systems are aligned with business goals and processes.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Role 1:
Must have Online Banking Experience for Retail Experience. - Role 2:
Must have Business Online Banking Experience. Experience with the Q2 vendor is highly preferred.
- Experience in project management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of financial services industry standards.
