• Monitor parking areas to identify vehicles in violation of regulations.
• Install and remove vehicle boots in accordance with company policies.
• Document and report all booting activities accurately.
• Communicate effectively with vehicle owners regarding booting procedures.
• Assist in resolving disputes and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while enforcing parking regulations.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in parking enforcement or customer service preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have a dependable vehicle
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent observational skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
