Duties
Oversees the Support Services and Inventory Branches in support of the Depot's Operations Division.
Manages programs in business operations, finance, personnel, and training programs while overseeing logistics, including supply chain, distribution, property, equipment, and facilities.
Develops programs and policies that complement and support varied operating programs.
Oversees studies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of work methods, organizations, manpower utilization, work distribution, management controls, job order allocations, and information systems and related management functions.
Coordinates all aspects of organization resource management programs for the command's distribution mission.
Oversees and provides administrative supervision for inventory management, systems support, and special projects.
Provides oversight for the testing, administration, and implementation of supply systems associated with distribution functions.
