The Aircraft Cabin Agent is responsible for cleaning and conducting security searches on designated aircraft according to Company, Client, and Regulatory policies, specifications and standards.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required; on the job training provided

• One (1) year of customer service experience preferred

The Aircraft Cabin Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area in the Aircraft.

• Responsible for cleaning the aircraft’s interior and ensuring they are clean and secure for daily passenger travel.

• Clean all areas of the aircraft including crew rest and bunk areas, lavatories, galleys, cabin area, and provisioning.
• Place the correct safety card in each seatback.
• Provision linens and headsets correctly.
• Ensure all areas of the aircraft are free of debris.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities; perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Notify managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
