Maintenance Custodian Associate

Overview

Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam's Club. This role focuses on keeping parking lots, restrooms, and floors clean to provide members with a positive first and last impression. The pay range is provided by Sam's Club and your actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Base pay range
$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following company standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment according to Company procedures.

Ensures a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per Company Environmental Sustainability Program.

Maintains appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotates and stores chemicals in proper containers, and places orders to replenish stock when low.

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as needed.
• Provide a positive first and last impression for customers.
