Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Traveling Structural Welder - $25/hr + Paid Travel, Tools Supplied, and Referral Bonuses

We're hiring experienced Stainless Steel Structural Welders (Flux-Core Process) for long-term, nationwide turnaround work. If you're dependable, driven, and ready to get paid to travel, read on.
What We're Looking For- 3+ years of industrial welding experience
- Ability to pass bend-tested welds: 2G, 3G, and 4G (Flux-Core, 309 wire)
- Comfortable working at heights and in tight, hot spaces
- Willing to travel continuously nationwide
- Must be 21+ with a valid
- Strong work ethic, blueprint reading skills, and commitment to safety
- Paid airfare + hotel accommodations
- Rental car provided (must have a valid driver's license)
- Referral bonuses when your referrals get hired
You'll travel across the U.S. to power plant sites, welding stainless steel structural components using the Flux-Core process (309 wire on 189" carbon plate). You'll read and work from detailed blueprints, and perform 2G, 3G, and 4G welds in all positions, including overhead and vertical, in high-pressure, physically demanding environments like boilers and scaffolding systems.
