Industrial Air Flow Dynamics, Inc. is seeking experienced Stainless Steel Structural Welders to join their nationwide turnaround crew. This role offers steady work at power plants across the US, with all travel expenses covered and competitive pay. Ideal candidates are skilled welders who enjoy travel and thrive in dynamic, physically demanding environments.
Perks & Benefits- Competitive wages: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
- $15/hour travel time pay
- $30/day per diem for meals and incidentals
- Paid airfare to and from every job
- Hotel accommodations provided (shared with one crew member)
- Rental car provided for job-related travel
- 3+ years of industrial welding experience
- Ability to pass 2G, 3G, 4G weld tests (bend tested)
- Must pass a drug screen
- 21 years of age or older
- Willingness and readiness to travel constantly
