CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to mid-sized buildings within healthcare facilities. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, requires an active driver's license and participation in an on-call rotation with a one-hour response window.
You will perform preventive maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing tasks, and use hand tools to support multiple sites while ensuring safety and quality.
