Leads a Manufacturing Maintenance team (Technical and Team Leaders, Technicians, Planners, storeroom Partners) to ensure maintenance effectiveness.;
Develops/implements safety and regulatory compliance programs (e.g., OSHA, EPA) and manages department budgets for facility repair and equipment replacement.;
Provides maintenance management, reliability-centered maintenance, and asset management training opportunities for manufacturing teams.;
Develops plans that optimize asset life and focus on total life cycle cost of assets; oversees storeroom inventory and inventory accuracy.;
Reviews maintenance costs and KPI data with plant engineering, maintenance, and leadership teams and directs corrective actions.
