President​/CEO - Chemcel Federal Credit Union

Chemcel Federal Credit Union is seeking an innovative, transformative leader to guide the organization as it transitions following the retirement of its long‑tenured CEO. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the new CEO will be responsible for sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strong member satisfaction. This executive will oversee all facets of the credit union’s performance, including financial management, branch operations, compliance, and workforce development.

Key priorities include implementing efficient processes, monitoring performance indicators, and driving both membership and financial growth while upholding exceptional service standards. The CEO will lead strategic planning efforts, manage budgets and resources, oversee technology and vendor partnerships, and foster a high‑performing leadership team and positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of credit union strategy, operations, and regulatory requirements, and the ability to navigate complex challenges with creativity, clear communication, and sound leadership judgment.

A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years of demonstrated leadership in financial services are required.
