Job Overview
Operations Manager for fitness and wellness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage fitness programs, staffing and facility operations.
- Develop and manage budgets.

- 2-5 years of experience in fitness programs, staffing and facility management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prior experience with fitness management software (highly preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with volunteers and committees, with a passion for positively influencing women and families.
