Job Overview
Position: Bore Division Project Manager
Location: Corpus Christi, Texas
Job Type: Full–Time, Salary, On‑site / In Field
Salary: $83,200 – $108,160 annually (paid monthly, commensurate with experience/qualifications)
Signing Bonus: Up to $5,500, subject to experience and qualifications (details provided during offer).

- Direct, develop, and evaluate projects using accepted methodologies, and compile/distribute project information, status reports, and budget expenditures.
- Lead teams, instill company culture, and provide hands‑on guidance and oversight to multiple field teams.
- Establish and build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure the worksite is safe, perform all required safety duties, and ensure all necessary material and equipment are available before work begins.
Essential
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of field experience in utilities or underground construction (preferably as a Superintendent or Project Manager) and 5+ years of estimating experience in the highway construction industry.
- Previous managerial experience required.
- Current CDL license holder with prior bore operator experience preferred (not required).
- Strong knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions; OSHA certification a plus.
Core Skills and Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain project schedules.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills; maintain open client communication throughout the bidding process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
Trimble Accubid knowledge a plus. - Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods, occasionally under adverse weather conditions, and be available for overtime as needed.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Eligible for coverage under the company’s commercial auto insurance policy (requires drivers to be 23 years or older and hold a valid TX driver’s license).
- Subject to motor vehicle record check; satisfactory driving record required for company or personal vehicle use.
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen; safety‑impact employees subject to additional drug and alcohol testing.
- May be required to undergo criminal background check; unsatisfactory report results in ineligibility.
- Upon hire, must provide identity and employment eligibility documents within three (3) days.
