, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of our Corpus Christi, TX facility.

As a Maintenance Director at Avir at Corpus Christi, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the maintenance activities of the facility to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and be responsible for managing the budget and resources allocated to maintenance.

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as needed
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Perform routine inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and develop corrective actions
• Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues and concerns
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including work orders, inventory, and safety records

• Maintenance Director experience preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with building maintenance and repairs
