DescriptionThe Regional Clinical Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in driving the success of assigned clinics, with responsibility for clinic operations, team performance, patient experience, growth, and financial results. This leader oversees non-provider front- and back-office teams while partnering closely with providers, the VP of Operations, Finance, and support departments to build high-performing clinics and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, results-driven healthcare leader who enjoys developing teams, improving operations, and using data to drive meaningful results. The Regional Clinical Operations Manager owns the operational and controllable financial performance of their clinics, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, improve access and productivity, manage expenses, and strengthen overall clinic performance.
