** Assembler** (20 hours/week) to join our manufacturing team and help build precision components that make a real impact.
** About the Role
** As an Assembler, you will follow established procedures, drawings, and work instructions to assemble electronic and electromechanical products. This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, focus, and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
** What You’ll Do
*** Interpret and follow assembly procedures, mechanical drawings, part lists, and work instructions.
* Use basic electronic measurement devices, manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures, and hand tools.
* Assemble and test basic products to meet specifications and strict quality standards.
* Work with small, delicate components using tools and fixtures designed to prevent damage and ensure repeatability.
* Follow established budgets and production timelines to complete assigned work on schedule.
* Maintain an organized, safe work area and support team-based continuous improvement efforts.
** What You Bring**

* Education:

** High School Diploma or equivalent.
* *
* Experience:

** 0–2 years of assembly experience (electronic/electromechanical preferred).
* ** Technical

Experience:

**  + Soldering small components  + Working with a
** hot plate
** for bonding or component prep  + Using a microscope to assemble RF products and inspect once completed
* Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
* Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and documented procedures.
* High attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to producing quality work.
* OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
