Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Perform various manufacturing and assembly tasks for jewelry items in a manufacturing environment. No prior jewelry manufacturing or assembly experience required.

• Perform manufacturing processes in up to three (3) manufacturing skills.
• Learn and achieve one (1) skill within six (6) months of employment with no more than two (2) skill failures.
• Complete additional skills such that a total of three (3) skills are achieved within three (3) years of employment, with no more than three (3) skill failures.

NOTE: Opportunities for all skills training based on business need and meeting pre-requisites.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to read and understand written work processes, safety instructions, forms, training materials, etc.
• Ability to complete production forms.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, counting, totals).
• Ability to accurately determine weights and measurements.
• Pass a background check and alcohol, controlled substance, and illegal drug screen that meets company standards before beginning regular employment.

• Basic computer or tablet operating skills preferred.
