* Record and document in a timely and accurate manner contacts with donors and prospective donors.
* Maintain confidentiality of donor records.
* Perform all other duties assigned.
* Bachelor’s degree in applicable field.
* Two (2) years of experience in fundraising.
* Additional education may be considered as a substitute for the minimum experience required:  + Master's degree in an applicable field.
* Bachelor’s degree in applicable field.
* Four (4) years of experience in fundraising.
* Additional education may be considered as a substitute for the minimum experience required:  + Master’s degree in an applicable field and two (2) years of experience in fundraising.  + Doctorate degree in an applicable field.
* Bachelor’s degree in applicable field.
* Five (5) years of experience in fundraising.
* Additional education may be considered as a substitute for the minimum experience required:  + Master’s degree in an applicable field and three (3) years of experience in fundraising.  + Doctorate degree in an applicable field and one (1) year of experience in fundraising.
* Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and manage details within the broader vision of the University.
* Ability to maintain clear, accurate records and timely reports.
* Ability to travel on a regular basis to include some night and weekend hours.
* Three to five (3-5) years' experience in alumni relations, development, individual major gift fundraising, or event management.
* Experience working in higher education.
* Master's degree in a related field.

* ** Salary is commensurate with education and/or experience.
