• 10-hour shifts
• Sharedcoverage model between 2 APPs
• Nocall, no nights,

• Collaborate with the on-call neurosurgeon to evaluate, manage, and dispositionneurosurgical consults from the Emergency Department and inpatient units
• Roundon all neurosurgical service patients, providing comprehensive assessments and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams
• Conductoutpatient clinic follow-ups to ensure continuity of neurosurgical care
• Assistin neurosurgical procedures as needed, including pre-operative assessments and post-operative management
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and recoveryexpectations

• Master’sdegree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
• Active Texas licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• National certification as an NP or PA
• Priorneurosurgery, trauma, or acute care experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within amultidisciplinary team

• Predictableschedule with no call responsibilities
• Nobilling or coding responsibilities—focus entirely on patient care
