You will join a dynamic medical-surgical unit that balances clinical excellence with collaboration. The department supports both Med/Surg and Covid-positive patients, featuring a dedicated staff of 25 and a maximum nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 6:1. • Rotating weekends as needed for travel RNs

• Current RN license required
• Minimum 1+ years acute med/surg experience within the last year (required)
• Ability to provide safe, effective care for 46 patients concurrently
• Preferred: 2+ years acute med/surg experience within the last year
• Proficiency in standard nursing procedures: IV and urinary catheter insertion, central line maintenance, medication administration, EHR documentation
• Friendly, patient-centered, and collaborative attitude

• Deliver patient-centered care to a mix of medical-surgical and Covid+ populations
• Perform clinical tasks including assessments, medication administration, IV and catheter management
• Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication with the interdisciplinary team
• Float to other med/surg units as needed
• Comply with facility and unit policies
• Adhere to scrub dress code
