Position Highlights
- See 14-16 patients per day; quality-focused provider

- Strong clinical support team: RNs, LVNs, MAs, nurse educators, case managers, clinic administrators, referral managers, coders, centralized scheduling, nurse advice line, robust IT
- Collaborate with primary care physicians (IM & FM), hospitalists, and network of employed/contracted sub-specialists
- Base salary plus annual quality bonus target $15,000

- Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Current licensure through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or licensed Physician Assistant by Texas State Medical Board, or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Valid DEA license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
- 1+ year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Comfortable managing primarily Medicare-aged patient population
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
- Works in a managed care environment
The salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,000 per year. Salary range reflects total cash compensation mix of base and bonus is variable based on experience and metric achievement. Pay determined by factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
