Summary
Provides nursing care and first aid to employees or persons who become ill or injured on the job. Follows all Workers Compensation requirements and oversees return to work programs.
ResponsibilitiesPerforms various service related activities to support and promote the health, wellness and safety of all associates through integration and in conjunction with Infection Control and Safety programs.
Education/Skills- Graduate of an accredited LVN nursing program.
- Previous experience as an occupational health nurse in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Working knowledge of injury programs, OSHA, CDC and Joint Commission
- Current Texas State LVN license
- CPR (American Heart Association)
8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
