Altus Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our compassionate team serving Corpus Christi and surrounding communities. You will provide hands-on nursing care, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through every step of their hospice journey.
The role includes a Monday–Friday schedule, occasional on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays. Territory covers Corpus Christi, Rockport, Calallen, and Robstown.
