The Palms Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a CNA to support shift-to-shift patient care, documentation, and routine assessments. You will review 24-hour reports with the incoming nurse, verify narcotic counts, and participate in patient rounds with the outgoing nurse.
You will also perform timely medication passes, document ADLs and meals, complete skin and monthly summaries, and document any changes in condition or new orders in resident charts.
